An exhibition of the Inauguran human soul the word Museum

In one of the most famous philosophical concepts of the 20th century, Martin Heidegger stated that 'language is the House of being'. It seems that nobody is asked what could be the home of the language. At least until now.

At the end of November, a new initiative came to fill this gap. Are trat in the Museo de la Palabra, a project private and non-profit seeking to become 'Forum of coexistence international and application value of the Word as a link of humanity'.

The seat of the Museum is a palace-style 18th century located in the zone where it is estimated that he began his Don Quixote route, in the province of Toledo. A symbol of the nature of the initiative, not less idealistic than the cervantino character in his bid by promoting 'the coexistence between different civilizations and cultures' and his defense of the 'dialogue and the Word as the only way to' solve conflicts.

'Be careful with utopias because sometimes they comply with', he explains to DPA Caesar Egido Serrano, President of the foundation that bears his name and which is responsible for the Museo de la Palabra. 'We are embuidos in quixotic spirit,' he admits.

And is that the ambition of its objectives so require: ' the Foundation, through the development of activities whose main character is the word (spoken, written or in its various manifestations), seeks to foster understanding between different peoples, ideologies, religions or cultures '.

What is displayed, then, in the Museum? 'Nothing', responds blunt Egido Serrano. The result and the existence of dialogue 'is itself a museum piece'.

The Museum sits even closed to the public. Its 15 rooms and six rooms will be used to invite selected opinion leaders of all levels, cultures and religions to participate in Conference for discussion and reflection.(Source: DPA, published in Costa Rica)
